Marketing Assessment
Get an Annual "Check-up" for your Marketing: What Can you be Doing Better?
What: One-day onsite review of key marketing activities and marketing personnel to produce an overall assessment of marketing performance and key areas to focus on for improvement. Includes specific recommendations in all areas.
Why: Most organizations have a lot of marketing activity but aren't sure if it has the intended effect. CEOs or VPs don't often have the time or bandwidth to examine what more can be done or may lack some domain knowledge to recommend strategies that achieve intended goals.
How: Existing Marketing plans, strategies, and tactics are reviewed in advance. Then specific recommendations are provided on either how to improve what is already being done or new strategies and tactics that should be explored. These recommendations are presented and discussed to ensure they can result in more successful future initiatives.
When: For more information contact Martina Lauchengco.

In addition to providing industry anecdotes and best practices, it reviews the basics of the what, when, and why for various marketing methodologies.
Who: This course is designed for those doing marketing work in product marketing, product management, marketing communications, and public relations.
When: For more information contact Martina Lauchengco.
